About Us
Community Futures Central Alberta is a national economic development program funded in western Canada by Western Economic Diversification Canada. It is a non-profit organization guided by a volunteer board of directors and staffed with business professionals who are actively engaged in helping to develop and implement community economic development strategies in West Central Alberta.
Community Futures Central Alberta is a business development centre that controls and manages an investment fund from which they make fully repayable loans (up to a maximum of $150,000) to individuals who are interested in starting or expanding their own businesses.
Community Futures Central Alberta is an entrepreneurial development centre that provides business training, counseling and coaching for individuals who are interested in starting their own business or in expanding their existing business.
Community Futures Central Alberta is a proactive, progressive community organization dedicated to strengthening both their community's entrepreneurs and their community's economy as a whole.
